Laura is the woman behind the name, the biscotti, and the mettle. Laura started first baking her signature biscotti in 2009 after a life full of cooking and baking. Co-founder and chief biscotti-tester, Paul has had a love of cooking since he was a young child. Caring for family in the old-Italian way is in his blood. If you’re hungry, his only choice is to feed you because food is joy.
